10 X 100m all out

I hate it when we do these "tests", last time it was 5 X 100m all out on 6 minutes, today it was 10 X 100m all out on 3 minutes... I was definitely warmed up for it but it's a good thing the Coach doesn't post the entire workout on the board before we actually do it... Because that would have made for a longer feeling practice. I ended up swimming my first and fastest 100m at 3s off my 100m PB. The nausea set in after the 8th 100...
